
ABOUT OLYA
PREVIOUS WORK:
Born in St. Petersburg Russia, Olya came to the United States in 1995 & earned her citizenship. On a high school field trip she fell in love with the designs of Frank Lloyd Wright, and decided then and there to study architecture. She went on to earn a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Interior Architecture from the University of Kansas.
In 2004, following graduation, Olya began her career as a residential interior designer in Lawrence Kansas. After moving to California in 2006, she joined the commercial field as a project manager, overseeing jobs from conception to construction. In 2010, Colorado became her home, and she joined the Teller County Building Department as a plans examiner. She is now offering her extensive experience in architectural design, drafting, code study, & community development services to all design professionals, contractors, and homeowners.

Olya resides in Woodland Park Colorado on a small ranch with her family: husband, son, cats, dogs, and horses. She spends her spare time gardening and riding.
